Example 1 - Reason - Unsolicited Email

I am [name] from London in United Kingdom, 27 years old lady from a Christian background and presently working with Total Oil & Gas in UK as a Geologist. I am coming to USA for a project, and which will last between 9 - 12 months. So, I need an accomodation to stay for the period of my stay, and I want to secure an accomodation before my arrival. Therefore let me know if your room is available for me and send the address of the apartment to me with brief discription of its vicinity. Also let me know the cost per month and the logistics for the payment. Thanks for your co-operation, while awaiting your response. Regards

Example 2 - Reason - Money Order
HELLO LANDLORD, IN RESPONSE TO YOUR ADVERTISEMENT I SAW ON NET HAVE TO LET I WILL LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE AND SEE IF YOU CAN LET OUT TO MY ONLY DAUGHTER WHO HAS JUST GOTTEN A JOB IN YOUR STATE AND SHE HAS BEEN TOLD TO RESUME BEFORE 20TH OF FEBRUARY SO I WILL LIKE TO GET AN APARTMENT FOPR HER DOWN BEFORE THEN I WILL LIKE TO HAVE A RECENT PIC OF THE APARTMENT . I AM HAPPILY MARRIED IN LONDON AND I WORK WITH A FIRM HERE NAME "LEATHER MAGIC LTD. WHERE I HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR YEARS NOW . SO I WILL LIKE U TO LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN HELP ME OUT AND I WILL LIKE TO HAVE POSTAL ADDRESS SO I CAN MAKE ARRANGMENT FOR PAYMENT THROUGH A CIRTIFIED CHECK OR A POSTAL MONEY ORDER WHICH EVER YOU PREFER FROM ME THAT IS IF YOU CAN HELP ME OUT BY LETING THE ROOM TO HER. I PROMISE SHE IS A VERY WELL BEHAVED LADY, SHE DOESN'T SMOKE AND ALSO HAS A CREDIT REPORT , SHE IS HARD WORKING PERSON AND SHE HAS NO CRIMINAL RECORDS AS WELL , SHE IS 25 YEARS OLD WHO WILL NEVER TALK TO ANY BODY RUDELY. SHE IS TRUSTWORTHY AND I TELL YOU SHE IS FUN TO BE WITH AND SHE IS NEAT ALSO SO I SHALL BE VERY GRATEFUL! ! IF MY PROPOSAL IS GIVEN A FAVOURABLE RESPONSE THANKS SO MUCH.. REGARDS,

Example 3 - Reason - Unsolicited Email
